We named this most delightful seasonal espresso 'Derek' as the antidote to the super 'hip' in the specialty coffee world. Derek is a blend of 3 excellent fully washed coffees creating a beautifully balanced espresso. We have stone fruit from Africa, cocoa and almonds from Central America. Derek has good acidity and body with the flavours of Cocoa, Almond Biscotti and Apricot coming through.
